Happy New Year!

Wow, 2012 is gone and 2013 is counting down…

I hope and pray that you have a healthy and prosperous new year.

If you are reading this blog chances are that you have cancer or know someone that does.  Matter of fact,  these days with the rich, fatty diet many people enjoy cancer and many other diseases have become a new way of life.  The sad part is that most people do not realize that their ill fate is tied into and caused from their diet and life style.

I’ve watched as members of my family died from cancer, suffered from cancer and heart attacks and felt hopeless, but since then I have discovered a path that leads to health and happiness.  There are many diets that claim health, but not many do.  In-fact some are proven dangerous.  Choose wisely.

Back in 2010 I was suffering from obesity,  sever heart burn and relentless allergies.  My energy level was very low and I was often depressed.  A friend I often conferred with told me that he had cancer and was turning to a juicing program from the Gerson Institute.  Their program, because it restores the body’s incredible ability to heal itself rather than treating only the symptoms of a particular disease, uses natural healthy foods and power packs their restorative powers through a process called juicing.  His cancer tests now show a complete reversal, Hallelujah!

I began juicing and eating healthy natural unprocessed foods and wow, my problems started disappearing.  My weight vanished, my heart burn is gone and I can again eat things like hot peppers without being up all night wondering if I’m having a heart attack or heart burn.  My allergies have also disappeared.  I no longer overdose on allergies pills to make it through the day and night.     A long day is no longer a problem as far as energy goes.  I have it back, Hallelujah!

I don’t follow the Gerson program but I have found one that I just love.  Check it out for yourself.  If you can’t start the program at least start juicing on a daily basis.  You will never regret the healing and energizing power of a fresh vegetable juice.  Hallelujah!  Oh yes that’s the name of the diet I follow for the rest of my now healthy life.  Learn more about getting healthy for life by clicking the following banner.  Search their site for all the fabulous free programs and tips they provide.  The people at Hallelujah Acres really do care.

Happy New Year to you too Keith, and all of the people reviewing this great web site and blog.
I am thrilled at your success in using the Hallelujah Diet. I wish I could be as faithful. Yes I have had cancer, twice. You would think that eating right would be a no-brainer! But I have a confession before I make a resolution!

I have had a terrible time eating right. We were especially tight on money during the Christmas Season. This translated into not spending the money it takes to buy at the expensive health food stores, or buying organic vegetables and meats at the grocery store. Besides that, I visited my son in GA and they were not prepared for me to eat healthy there either. I confess. I ate a couple slices of pizza, drank some tea that was not green tea, and ate several cookies over the 4 day period.

Now that I am back home, I will regain my momentum in eating healthy. I will recommit to taking the extra money, time, and effort it takes to take care of my body.

I am not following the Hallelujah Diet, but I am following the Blood Type Diet. (also linked on this web site).

I am sure of one thing. Relapse is a fact of life. But when you recommit to doing things right, rebounding after falling backwards, you are much more committed than you were the first time.

God Bless You and your efforts with the Hallelujah Diet. Keep up the great work.

  • Congratulations Jim on getting back to eating healthy. It is a fact of life that we are human and being part of that is the fact that we backslide, make mistakes and get off track from our goals, plans and dreams. Fortunately, we can notice where we are headed and turn it back around.

    Be blessed and live well,
    Keith
